Job: MyService Point Support Specialist
Job Type: Secondment 6 months - Internal ONLY

Would you like to join an award-winning business where we are passionate about what we do? At SD Worx, we have a brilliant secondment opportunity for a MyServicePoint Support Specialist. The main purpose of a MyServicePoint Support Specialist is to support the international payroll teams as they deploy customers onto MyServicePoint platform. You will take ownership of all internal queries and issues the payroll teams are faced with and support them in managing all customer issues through to resolution. Escalating where required to ensure teams are supported and customer satisfaction is maintained.
Provide technical support to all payroll teams as they deploy MyServicePoint across our International Payroll Services.
Maintain effective internal communications channels to ensure that relevant people/departments have the necessary information to assist them in contributing to customer support.
To contribute to the effectiveness of the team by demonstrating a co-operative and supportive attitude to fellow team members
Understand and become familiar with the full deployment plan to understand when customers are deploying, and which associated in-country partners are involved.
To assist with additional responsibilities as required by Customer Support Managers & Change Project Manager
Communicate regularly with payroll teams on any new information gleaned from the project group
Carry out regular floor walking duties to ensure team are supported and on the spot coaching/knowledge sharing becomes a daily occurrence.
Receive and record internal staff and customer enquiries in sufficient detail to satisfy the need for information where the issue is escalated
This role requires support covering the hours of 09.00am to 17.00 with a degree of flexible as we deploy, as occasional support will be required out with these hours to support our business units
Knowledge gained in a helpdesk/customer support function.
Experience in usage of MyServicePoint
Experience in logging queries for internal customers and external customers
Highly experienced in the customer service delivery with a real attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with project group members where escalations are required.
Ability to work calmly under pressure, using resource material and knowledge to seek resolution to internal payroll staff queries and customer queries.
Good PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet. Excel skills are required to be of a highly proficient level.
Knowledge in usage of Sales Force is desirable
