SD Worx are looking for a talented, hardworking individual with great energy, leadership, and initiative to drive sales results of non-core applications across the European Mid-Market, Enterprise and Public Sector Segment.Non-core applications include Workforce Management and Talent Management.

Your Role:

The Co-Prime Sales Director for non-core applications must demonstrate the ability to build application sales by working proactively and collaboratively with the sales teams across the European Mid-market, Enterprise and Public Sector segments.

This Co-Prime Sales Director will formulate and execute a sales strategy for non-core applications within each of the segment regions, share intelligence with the sales teams to increase their capabilities and to drive revenue growth in this area.

They will work in partnership with the existing account-owning Sales Exec’s and Sales Managers in the regions and will carry an overall overlay quota for the non-core product sales across the whole segment.

This position requires constant collaboration with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing and Market Readiness teams.


Accountabilities:

  • Build relationships with sales leaders that translates into scalable, repeatable practices that drive the sale of non-core applications across the whole segment
  • Works closely with product, partners, industry, operations, and additional subject matter experts on the creation of materials needed to promote the sales of non-core applications.
  • Utilises technology to gamify, track and measure the completion and effectiveness of upselling/cross selling of non-core applications
  • Works with the sales readiness team to communicate program and individual sales leader progress 
  • Partners with marketing to ensure programs are measured and trackable and communicates results to key business stakeholders 
  • Manage non-core application online communication channels (teams, Chatter, Workplace) to foster greater collaboration, transparency and further development
  • Identifies gaps in knowledge and processes, working to rectify and work with appropriate resources to address needs 
  • Identify and develop key accounts to establish ongoing business based partnerships to create sustainable revenue stream and enable sales executives to close business
  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
  • Work with marketing teams to drive campaigns that create leads from prospecting efforts as well as create campaigns for sectors events.
  • Drive sales campaigns in the vertical to create opportunities and long-term revenue growth
  • Actively participate in key deals, strategy, execution, and building customer and external partner relationships
  • Work with other functions such as Product & Industry Strategy and Channel to represent and inform about the needs of the Customers
  • Manage relationships for some of our major customers in your area of expertise
  • Overachieve on annual sales quota targets for the non-core products across the whole segment.
  • Work with the segment leaders and product marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy
  • Actively participate in key deals, strategy, execution, and building customer and external partner relationships


Your Profile:

  • Strong, detailed knowledge of software sales cycles and sales process
  • Proven track record of working with and influencing sales execs and sales management
  • Strong ability to represent concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb training
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team 
  • Excellent presentation and delivery skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strategic thinker that can see the big picture, innovate and adapt to constant change.
  • Great interpersonal skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds. Ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly and influence various roles, levels and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence
  • Ability to engage and inspire through both content and delivery, always innovating and thinking bigger
  • Strong track record of success selling SaaS solutions
  • Consistent over-achievement against quota
  • Experience working in a Multi-channel sales environment
  • Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team and to lead initiatives.
  • Ideally from project portfolio management or software/solutions sales background
  • Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
