Your role:

As an individual contributor your role will be to prospect for future opportunities, using networks to leverage commercial success with the sale of SD Worx products and services.  You will have the ability to assess customer needs and use this to co create solutions with the capability to lead the commercial journey for your customer.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Establish new business prospects through self-generation activities, conversion of leads and participation in sales and marketing campaigns and events.

  • Maximise sales revenue (Products and Services) within a defined territory, delivering 100%+ of agreed ACV booking target.

  • Build business focussed relationships, demonstrating clear understanding of industry issues and the particular business goals, needs and potential solutions for individual accounts.

  • Develop a good understanding of prospect & client organisations both in terms of decision making stakeholder structure, values, strategic and business aims.

  • Coordinate and direct appropriate pre-sales solutions, delivery, services, finance, technical and other support resources to successfully craft appropriate offeringfor customers.

  • Maintain extensive understanding of all SD Worx product and service offerings.

  • Ensure that any specified retained Accounts are developed to their full potential.

  • Accurately and effectively apply and adhere to SD Worx sales administration processes associated with the fulfilment of sales orders including accurate and timely updates in SD Worx Salesforce CRM system.

  • Proactively develop marketplace awareness of SD Worx solutions with the goal of achieving market leadership.

  • Represent SD Worx professionally at all times ensuring alignment to SD Worx strategy, business plan, code of conduct, ethics, products, and services.

Your profile:

  • Degree level preferred but not mandatory. The individual has desirably a proven 5+ year track record selling complex solutions to new business and meeting individual sales targets.

  • Experience selling HCM solutions or components thereof, or other relevant business application (MES, WMS or WFM a significant advantage) with individual sales exceeding £1.5M per year.

  • Strong industry vertical knowledge and experience in at least one of the following industry sectors: Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, Manufacturing and Contract Services.

  • Appropriate level of leadership, financial knowledge, resource management, customer relations, sales relations and interpersonal skills required to professionally manage significant business opportunities at the C-level.

  • Considerable experience selling strategic solutions to large enterprise accounts, ideally including both UK and internationally owned organisations.

  • Home based with ability to travel extensively to meet high level requirements of sales territory. Experience of using an established sales methodology such as TAS, Challenger, DPS or Holden.

  • Experience of targeted messaging such as Whiteboarding, Corporate Visions advantageous.
