Your role:

You will support the Communications Manager and wider Marketing team with the creation, management and delivery of communications and events, with the objective of maximising colleague, customer and prospect engagement with our brand and values to fully support organisational growth.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Utilise a wide range of channels, communications tools and techniques to deliver internal and external communications including but not limited to emails, workplace posts, presentations, newsletters, intranet updates and ad-hoc promotions.
  • Support with identifying, designing and delivery of integrated communications to maximise brand, quality, engagement, consistency and value of internal and external messaging 
  • Support planning, management and delivery of events, including but not limited to conferences, colleague events, sponsored events, corporate entertainment, webinars, hospitality and trade shows.
  • Liaise with third party providers on logistics, provisions, invoicing and setup for events
  • Support with coordination of fun@worx and social activities
  • Build extensive networks both internally and externally

Your profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills essential
  • Demonstrate knowledge of social platforms
  • Proficient in use of Powerpoint
  • Experience of collaborating with lots of different teams
  • Experience of working to deadlines across multiple projects
  • Good influencing skills
  • Strong team player with a sense of humour, and the ability to quickly integrate into new team
  • Highly motivated & self-confident with a positive attitude
  • Experience in communications and or events role
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint
  • Knowledge of video editing software
