Job: Commercial Finance Manager - Customers
Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract 12 months
As one of the leading HR and Payroll providers in the industry, SD Worx are recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager. You will be Responsible for the delivery of critical commercial finance business partnership to the UK Customer, Synergy management and Global solutions teams, to drive continued sustainable growth from existing revenue streams.
Responsibilities to include ensuring the composition and delivery of an effective customer Revenue strategy and provide high quality financial and commercial advice, information, analysis and interpretation to senior management teams, to underpin effective decision making and meaningful performance management.
Provide gold standard financial business partnership to head of Customer, Synergy and International teams, including forecasting and budgeting responsibilities.
Navigate Senior leaders to deliver KPIs critical to future success
Lead and develop effective methods to drive Revenue insight and understanding across the business
Develop effective pricing models and appropriate delegation of authority for Account directors to use and deliver the customer strategy
Support Synergy and Customer teams through consulting on major re-signs/Change controls
Develop and manage customer revenue portfolio reporting, risk profiling and key insight to senior leadership team in UK and Global solutions
Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis of International revenue to Global solutions team
Qualified UK recognised professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
Awareness and understanding of accounting principles and legislation
Ability to work with senior management and to challenge where appropriate
Strong Commercial awareness and insight
Business partnership skills
