Job:  Business Transformation Change Agent

Your Role:

To support the transformation programme in the delivery of Operational Effectiveness, Continuous Improvement and Guaranteed Customer Experience.

To navigate, drive and lead Operations teams in the rollout of the transformation utilising Lean and Agile methodologies, working with key business teams / units and their nominated Single Points of Contact (SPOC).


As a CUSTOMER COACH - you will have the skills and ability to demonstrate that you can:

  • Build expertise with focus on the customer - have the curiosity and eagerness to be close to trends and innovation and to develop and make this expertise available for customer solutions.

  • From Service transaction to Customer journey, can assess the client’s situation, fundamental wishes and needs, also in unstructured context, and to add more value than the customer expected throughout the full customer journey and over omni channels.

  • Have the ability to collaborate effectively without boundaries (across teams, countries, languages, tools) colleagues, customers and network with his/her expertise, confidence and style.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure stakeholders are engaged throughout the project, constantly incorporating feedback to ensure effectiveness.Aggregate and share success stories

  • Support the delivery of operational and cultural improvements in payroll teams in the UK

  • Drive analysis, challenge of current state and push thinking on aspirations

  • Participate and lead familiarisation workshops and discussions

  • Assess the capability requirements to enable change, provide training and coaching where needed

  • Track organisational specific KPI’s and provide support with any challenges in this respect.

  • Ensure that transformation initiatives’ plans are documented, communicated, reviewed and evaluated on a periodic basis

  • Follow up on impact and report progress or deviations

Your Profile:

  • Confident with “can do” attitude

  • Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent Communications skills

  • Ability to work across all functions and locations

  • Attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages

  • Digital mindset (tech savvy) or equivalent experience in digitisation/automation

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
